Associate Product Manager
 
We are looking for a bright and professional individual to manage our Utility Products business at
Air Techniques. The ideal candidate has intermediate experience working with a product portfolio similar to
compressors, vacuum systems and amalgam separators, possesses a strong knowledge of the product
development process, excels at aligning different functions of the company toward a common purpose, and is
comfortable leading product teams through motivation and the art of persuasion. A degree in the basic
sciences, Marketing or Engineering is desired but not necessary. Other pluses include a clear understanding of product
lifecycle and intermediate knowledge of project management.
 
Responsibilities:
-Maintain and continue to develop the multi-generation product plan (pipeline) that ensures long-run
  success for the utility room business.
-Develop and augment a Marketing Functional Specification document for each growth program that
  clearly defines customer’s needs, proposes design requirements for a prospective product to address
  these needs, and shows a financial justification based on positive net present value of future cash flow.
-Lead cross–functional team toward achieving a common purpose—shipping new product, resolving
  customer issues, etc.—that ultimately aligns with company’s core values and strategic vision.
-Execution of all requirements of the toll–gate process of product development and ensuring cross–
  functional compliance and cooperation in a regulated product development environment.
-Envisioning launch plans for new products and executing them with sales and marketing.
-Own business results and responsible for supporting activities that lead to sustainable growth each
  year and in the long-run.
 
Requirements:
-A minimum of three years of product management experience and/or exposure to utility room products.
-Highly proficient in using tools like Excel/Numbers for analysis, Word/Pages for written materials, and
  PowerPoint/Keynote for creating compelling presentations.
-A working knowledge of various components and modules of a ERP system.
-Some experience interpreting FDA regulations a plus.
 
 
Entry Level Maintenance Mechanic
 
Responsibilities:
 Troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance of all production equipment with respect to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Performs repairs to the facility and related equipment such as air compressors, HVAC systems, domestic water and drain plumbing, electrical lighting and equipment power hook ups. Helps maintain a clean and orderly workshop. Makes repairs to the building and related equipment. Repairs hand, pneumatic and power tools used by production and maintenance departments.
 
Requirements:
-Basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills. Building systems and machine maintenance.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
