Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the #TeamYellow Ambassador Program operated by Air Techniques Inc. By opting into the Program, participants agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Program Enrollment: Participation in the Program is voluntary. By opting in, you confirm your interest in becoming a #TeamYellow ambassador and agree to these Terms. If you opted in, your official #TeamYellow t-shirt will be shipped to you. Please allow 8–10 business days for delivery. You may requested additional information or ask questions about the Program via the designated communication channel.
2. Eligibility: Participants must:
– Be at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate in the Program)
– Must currently be a working dental hygienist, dental assistant, or dentist, in good standing with all applicable licensure requirements
– Have an active account on Instagram
– Maintain a public Instagram profile for the duration of participation in the Program
– Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines
3. Ambassador Requirement: To remain eligible for rewards, participants must complete the following:
– Posting Requirements
– Create six (6) Instagram posts total over six (6) months (1 post per month)
– Air Techniques reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any post deemed inappropriate, non-compliant, or inconsistent with Program values or guidelines.
Each post must:
– Feature the participant wearing the official #TeamYellow t-shirt
– Tag @airtechniquesinc
– Include the hashtag #TeamYellow
– Describe your “non-foaming journey” using CleanStream products, including honest experiences, usage history, and perceived benefits within the dental community
– Reflect authentic, real-world experiences, whether you are a long-time user or a new adopter of CleanStream.
– Comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials (“Endorsement Guides”) found at https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-16/chapter-I/subchapter-B/part-255
Prohibited Posting and Referral Practices:
– The use of automated bots, scripts, or fraudulent email accounts to grow audience size, or secure referrals is strictly forbidden.
Spam and Bulk Messaging Policy:
– Participants shall not distribute the Air Techniques #TeamYellow landing page link via unsolicited mass emails or bulk messaging across any social media platforms.
4. Rewards:
– Rewards and incentives cannot be exchanged for cash
– This program may be reportable under the “Sunshine Act” and any other similar federal, state or local law, rule or regulation; and if it is reportable, the participant agrees to accurately report their participation in this program and any amounts received by them in accordance with any conflict of interest policies to which they may be subject.

– Approved participants will receive an official #TeamYellow t-shirt upon enrollment approval and within the shipping timeline.
Completion Reward:
– Upon successful completion of all six required posts, participants will receive:
One (1) Owala water bottle
One (1) CleanStream beauty bag featuring the CleanStream mascot, Ele
Referral Incentive: Participants may earn additional rewards by referring colleagues:
– Refer 3–5 colleagues within 6 months to join the Program
– We do not track or require any purchases, referrals, utilization, or prescribing activity by any referred participants as a condition to earn referral incentives
– Eligible participants will receive a $50 Pura Vida gift card
– Referral validation will be confirmed through the official #TeamYellow submission form
5. Content Guidelines: All content must:
– Be original and created by the participant
– Accurately reflect personal experiences with CleanStream products
– Be appropriate for a professional dental audience
– Avoid misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims or representations related to clinical, health, infection control, regulatory matters, product performance or competitive products
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights: By participating, you grant Air Techniques Inc permission to:
– Repost, share, and use your submitted content across marketing channels
– Edit or repurpose content for promotional purposes while maintaining original intent
– Use the participant’s name, image, likeness, and biographical, professional, and other identifying information in connection with the foregoing rights
7. Compliance with Platform Rules: Participants must comply with all terms and policies of Instagram, including advertising and disclosure guidelines. Content should be clearly identifiable as part of a brand partnership when required.
8. Termination: Air Techniques Inc. reserves the right to:
– Remove participants from the Program at any time for violating these Terms
– Withhold rewards or incentives if requirements are not fully met
– Modify or discontinue the Program without prior notice
9. Liability: Air Techniques Inc is not responsible for:
– Lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments
– Technical issues affecting post visibility, platform functionality, tech issues or lost data
– Improper use of Program materials by participants
– Participant’s violation of law or regulations, or third party claims arising from the participant’s negligent or wrongful conduct
10. Acceptance: By participating in the #TeamYellow Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
