Air Techniques’ employees are a diverse and talented workforce, who provides outstanding service all year round. Our team is strategically trained to ensure we meet the needs of our customers.

Our corporate headquarters, located in Melville, New York, is home to our executive office, human resources, engineering, technical service, marketing, manufacturing, purchasing, customer service and quality assurance departments, along with a state-of-the-art factory where our entire product line is manufactured.

Shaun Taylor
DIRECTOR SPECIAL MARKETS

Shaun Taylor joined Air Techniques in December of 2017.  He has over 22 years of dental industry experience.  In 2000, Mr. Taylor joined Henry Schein as a Field Sales Consultant in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. He was able to achieve several national awards and was consistently a top producer on a national level.  He has strong relationships within the dealer network and has a true understanding of the business of dentistry. Mr. Taylor resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife Rachel and 4 children: Leighton, Berkley, Cooper, and Emery. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing, and boating with his family.

Esteban Reinhardt
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND GENERAL MANAGER

Esteban Reinhardt joined Air Techniques, Inc. in February 2019. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the Operations space, from the supply chain to order management and customer support. He has worked in operations for over 20 years, working for Festo Corporation/Festo Pneumatic in the United States and Mexico. Esteban has also worked as a Consultant with well-known clients, helping them with significant Operations projects such as distribution center setup, B2B and B2C strategy, and supply chain.

Diane Kalberer
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Diane brings with her over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Management. Before joining Air Techniques in February 2022, Diane spent six years as Regional HR Manager at Avison Young, leading HR across the Tri-State Region. Her focus was on ensuring HR Compliance, driving consistency and efficiencies, and implementing HR programs to align with corporate initiatives. Previously she worked at CBC America, a global network of manufacturing, import, export, trading, and distribution companies. During her 14-year tenure at CBC America, Diane was promoted to HR Director, responsible for the HR function for multiple sites throughout North America.   Diane specializes in Employee Relations, Change Management, HR Compliance, HR Systems, Performance Management, and Compensation/Benefits. She has a BBA in Business Management from Adelphi University and earned her PHR certification through HRCI in 2002. She is also a member of SHRM’s Long Island Chapter.

Justin R. Builes
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Justin R. Builes has joined Air Techniques full-time, effective January 24, 2022, as Director of Finance. Justin most recently held the role of Director of Finance at Artemide Inc., a high-end lighting company, headquartered in Italy with US operations for 11 years. Justin brings with him a wealth of Finance, Accounting, and Operations experience with him.

Selwyn Foster
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Selwyn Foster is the Director of Engineering. Selwyn has been with Air Techniques since June 1988 working with our engineering team. We look forward to Selwyn’s continued leadership of the Engineering team and his contributions to the team.

Joseph Latkowski
DIRECTOR OF QUALITY AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Joseph Latkowski joined Air Techniques in July of 2018 as Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs.  He has over 30 years of experience in Quality and Regulatory, which includes 12 years as Director of Quality and Regulatory at Invacare Corporation. Mr. Latkowski is formally trained in Quality Management Systems including; FDA Regulations QSR/cGMP, ISO 13485, MDSAP, Lean Manufacturing, and is a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt. He believes that “Quality is about having the right attitude, and continuously redefining World Class.” Mr. Latkowski is excited to build upon the existing foundation of Air Techniques’ great legacy, and continuing to raise the bar of awareness and importance of Quality and Regulatory. He is looking forward to bringing additional best practices to help maximize the talent of Air Techniques’ team. Mr. Latkowski enjoys spending time with family and friends along with cooking and listening to blues and jazz music.

Steve Schein
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Steven Schein joined Air Techniques, Inc. in September of 2014. He brings over 15 years of experience managing successful technology operations and initiatives and leverages his expertise in systems and infrastructure to deliver innovative solutions that are aligned with current and anticipated business requirements. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Schein was Vice President of Information Technology for ChyronHego, where he was responsible for internal IT systems and operations as well as IT infrastructure and service delivery for a global, 24x7 SaaS operation. Mr. Schein holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Jonathan Newman
PRODUCT MANAGER - DIGITAL IMAGING

Jonathan Newman joined Air Techniques, Inc. in 2006.  During his tenure, he has held a number of positions within the organization.  In his current role, Product Manager—Diagnostic Systems; Mr. Newman is responsible for the entire ScanX line of digital imaging systems, imaging software programs and analog film processors. Mr. Newman holds a Bachelor's in Economics and Business from the University of Rhode Island.

Nicole Miller
PRODUCT MANAGER - HYGIENE

Nicole Miller joined Air Techniques, Inc. in January of 2002.  She brings over a decade of combined experience in product management and marketing to the company. She has been instrumental in the successful launch of several infection control products within the company’s branded Monarch® line, and consistently develops strategic initiatives to further develop its growth.  Ms. Miller holds dual citizenships in the United States and Germany. She earned her MBA from universities in Germany.

Chris Wilson
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Mr. Wilson has an extensive background in the dental and medical industry with over three decades of experience.  Mr. Wilson is an industry veteran and has held key roles within the Dental Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen industry. Chris will lead Air Techniques’ newest product line of Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Nasal Hoods and Scavenging Circuits. As one of the dental industry’s most well-known sources on this topic for education, installation, and development, Mr. Wilson is well respected by clinical practitioners, dealers, and their sales representatives.

Daniel Shoemaker
PRODUCT MANAGER EQUIPMENT & CLINICAL SYSTEMS

Mr. Shoemaker is an expert in his own right within the dental industry and joins Air Techniques in a key role that will support vital product lines while also providing insight into their latest line of Nitrous Oxide products. Daniel joined the dental industry nearly five decades ago and has held various positions, from Service, Sales, Regional Manager, and product development. In addition, he has educated the field by lecturing on the topics of Dental Vacuum, Air, and Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Systems, and is a current member of the NFPA 99 sub-committee on medical gas piping, as well as serving on several other committees.

Michael Simmons
PRODUCT MANAGER- UTILITIES

We are excited to announce Michael Simmons has joined Air Techniques full-time, effective November 15, 2021, in the role of Product Manager- Utilities. Michael most recently held the position of Operations Manager at Twinco Manufacturing Company, and previously spent over 7 years with Canon, where he worked as a project manager and on new product development. We look forward to Michael’s contributions to the team.

Scott Borden
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING

Scott brings with him over 16 years of experience in the dental industry. Scott prides himself on and has been recognized for exemplary sales leadership and driving strategy. Scott most recently worked for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in the position of Area Business Manager/ Professional Development. He has also held the position of Global Sales Manager at Paradise Dental Technologies, Inc., and spent over 13 years combined with Henry Schien/Darby Dental/BioHorizons, as well as leading new account development for Nobel Biocare. Scott received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.

J-P Grondin
DIRECTOR OF SALES - CANADA | REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - WESTERN USA

J-P brings with him 14 years of progressive experience in the dental industry. For the last nine years, J-P held the role of Territory Manager for Sirona Dental Systems GmbH/Dentsply Sirona. Prior to this, J-P held the position of Equipment Sales Specialist at Henry Schein Canada. J-P holds his Bachelor's degree in Classical Studies, Political Science from the University of Manitoba.
