Air Techniques’ employees are a diverse and talented workforce, who provides outstanding service all year round. Our team is strategically trained to ensure we meet the needs of our customers.
Our corporate headquarters, located in Melville, New York, is home to our executive office, human resources, engineering, technical service, marketing, manufacturing, purchasing, customer service and quality assurance departments, along with a state-of-the-art factory where our entire product line is manufactured.
Chief Executive Officer
Christoph Roeer joined Air Techniques, Inc. in September of 2014. He brings vast experience managing a successful international medical company in the United States. Prior to joining Air Techniques he held various management positions at Procter & Gamble in Germany and the USA. He then led and substantially grew the Americas business of Ondal Medical Systems, a Private Equity owned leading medical technology manufacturer for surgical products. Mr. Roeer holds dual citizenship in the United States and Germany. He earned his MBA in Sales and Distribution, and International Management from the business schools of the University of Saarbruecken in Germany and the Ecole de Management de Lyon in France.
Denise Migliaro joined Air Techniques, Inc. January of 2012. She has over 2 decades of finance experience and her responsibilities include Financial Reporting, Financial Planning, and Treasury Management. Previously, Ms. Migliaro worked for Motorola and Weight Watchers Inc., and she began her career as a CPA and auditor with Pricewaterhouse Coopers & Margolin, Winer and Evens LLP. Ms. Migliaro holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Molloy College.
Vice President of Operations
Frank Napoli joined Air Techniques, Inc. in June of 2014. He brings over 2 decades of experience managing facilities and successfully developing strategic initiatives through the utilization of lean enterprise techniques. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Napoli was Vice President of Operations for Misonix Inc., where he was responsible for all facets of production. Mr. Napoli holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology.

Director of Special Markets
Patrick Strohkirch joined Air Techniques in August of 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, both on the manufacturer and dealer side. Most recently, Mr. Strohkirch held the positions of Director of Special Markets and Regional Sales Director at Digital Doc, where he was responsible for sales strategy, brand development and business intelligence for Special Markets opportunities in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, he served as Territory Sales Manager, Digital Impressioning and CAD/CAM Dentistry at both Henry Schein Dental and Patterson Dental. Mr Strohkirch holds an MBA from Alverno College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota, and he served in the military for 12 years. He is an avid hunter and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children at their cabin in upper Wisconsin.
Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
Griselda Madrid joined Air Techniques in May of 2017. She has over 20 years of experience at medical device companies, and is responsible for delivering products and services to our customers that meet their expectations while in compliance with regulations. Previously, Ms. Madrid held positions at Stryker Orthopaedics, Cordis/Johnson & Johnson, and Cardinal Health. Ms. Madrid holds an MBA from the Technological Institute of Ciudad Juárez in Mexico. She enjoys gardening, interior design, cooking, reading and traveling as time permits. Ms. Madrid believes that “Quality is the Best Business Plan.”
Director Of Research & Development
Warren Cheesman has extensive experience as an engineering and business development professional, with a focus on process improvement, quality, and innovative product development. Mr. Cheesman is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds two Master of Science Degrees from SUNY at Stony Brook and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. His hands on approach to product development and R&D planning will compliment Air Techniques’ current organization efforts. Mr. Cheesman’s strong leadership skills will enable the further development of effective internal teams to continue to grow the Air Techniques brand of cutting edge products for the dental professional.
Director of Sales Support
Carol Eckert has over 30 years of B2B experience supporting sales organizations, focused on sales processes and customer experience. Prior to joining Air Techniques as Director of Sales Support in July 2016, Ms. Eckert held numerous positions in customer support and sales operations at Olympus America and at Dentsply Sirona, developing their customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives for the Orthodontic business. Ms. Eckert’s responsibilities at Air Techniques include customer and technical support as well as CRM and sales analytics in alignment with the company’s sales and marketing efforts. A native to Long Island, she has strong ties to the community and is a member of many local associations.
Director of Information Technology
Steven Schein joined Air Techniques, Inc. in September of 2014. He brings over 15 years of experience managing successful technology operations and initiatives and leverages his expertise in systems and infrastructure to deliver innovative solutions that are aligned with current and anticipated business requirements. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Schein was Vice President of Information Technology for ChyronHego, where he was responsible for internal IT systems and operations as well as IT infrastructure and service delivery for a global, 24x7 SaaS operation. Mr. Schein holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Director of Human Resources
Sue Wilson joined Air Techniques in July of 2017. Ms. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources at engineering and manufacturing companies. She looks forward to utilizing her strategic and hands-on experience to partner with team members at all levels, ensuring Human Resources is an instrumental partner within the business. Previously, Ms. Wilson held positions at PEAR HR Solutions, Kongsberg Integrated Tactical Systems and Tactronics. Ms. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College and certifications for Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP. She enjoys cooking, gardening and entertaining family and friends. Ms. Wilson believes that “People are the foundation of a great company.”
